HOME FOR HOPE

St. Philomena Home for Hope is a home for children who are HIV/AIDS positive.  Supported by FOKO and Father Riwa, these children have a regime that involves care, nutrition and medical attention, which is saving their lives.  They are working within their family groups to develop their own gardens where they produce vegetables.  They compete with the girls at St. Clare to see which family group can produce the most and best produce.  Clearly they are no longer weak, dying children, but are children with a future.
