COMMISSIONING AT ST. C.

Recently Father Riwa assembled every person who works at St. Clare from the cooks and watchmen to the teachers and administrators. Everyone was together in front of the students when Father laid hands on each person, empowering him/her to carry out St. Clare’s mission by loving.

Father’s own words resonate the reason for St. Clare. He said, “We are about FORMATION of young women. We are about forming them to be about love of self, their neighbors, the environment, the world. We are forming lovers and everyone on the staff needs to be about this mission and enforcing this mission and lead by doing … by first loving these children. Teach them to love by loving them.”

This message of love, exactly like Jesus’ message, embodies the mission of St. Clare Centre for Girls.
