BOTHERSOME BOREHOLE
When Friends of Kenyan Orphans’ Board did a site visit to St. Clare Centre for Girls in 2016, they insisted that St. Clare have service contracts with reputable international companies, which do business in Kenya for all the machinery and pumps. This investment has paid off especially since the water pump failed for a second time within a year. This expense would normally range from between $6,000 to $10,000. But because St. Clare had a service contract, the expense was covered and the repairs took place with no problems.
